We try our best to pack our products carefully so that they are protected during the shipping process, however, once they leave our facility, it is hard to know how carefully they are handled.  

If you have received a product that arrived damaged or broken, please contact our business office so that we can remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is our goal.

The coronavirus is affecting every aspect of our lives. We are taking extra precautions because of COVID-19 and working in shorter staggered shifts with fewer people. This is causing shipping delays. Orders may take 5-7 days just to leave our shop. We are doing everything we safely can to get back to shorter turnaround times.
